- A cancellation will result in a refund of 33% of the payment.
- Once the coloring process has started you can't cancel a commission, sketch commissions can't be canceled.
- Emote/Panel/Overlay commissions can't be canceled once they are approved by the client in the draft phase.I reserve the right to deny/cancel any commission without giving specific reasons and refund the appropriate quantity of money.
